It’s hard to imagine our lives without our pets. Putting your pet down so they don’t suffer is a heart-wrenching decision. Our team will be there to support you through this difficult time. We have a special comfort room where you can share your faithful companion’s final moments with them.

What happens during a euthanasia appointment?

When you arrive at the clinic, you’ll be directed to a special comfort room designed for you, your pet and your loved ones. Your pet will then be taken to the procedure room. Here, they’ll be sedated so their final moments are entirely peaceful.

It’s completely up to you whether or not to stay for the procedure. Having someone by their side can soothe and calm your pet. If you decide not to, one of our team members will stay with your pet. Once the procedure is complete, we will treat your pet’s body with dignity and take it away for cremation. You can choose either communal cremation (where your pet is cremated with other animals) or private (where you can keep your pet’s ashes in an urn of your choice).
